In his most recent position as Product Engineering Manager with an automotive electronics manufacturer, Steve led an engineering team of 23 design, testing and support personnel. He has provided leadership to multi-disciplined groups including electronics, electrical, mechanical and drafting, and possesses outstanding project management and new product launch expertise. Steve has been involved in all aspects of product development, from initial design to manufacturing and sales support.He is the recipient of two Westinghouse Signature Awards of Excellence and is a trained QS9000 Internal Auditor.
Director, Global Human Resources
As Etratech’s Director of Human Resources, Carol Desnoyers brings over twenty years of HR expertise to bear as she provides leadership and counsel for the company’s diverse and growing staff. She works to optimize employee retention, motivation and productivity through a team-oriented corporate culture based on respect and dedicated to quality. Carol has delivered world-class due diligence results for Etratech during acquisition opportunities, including the company’s acquisition of Audio Mechanical Corporation Ltd. in Shenzhen, China.Carol continues to establish effective educational and community partnerships for Etratech. She currently acts as an ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher for the International Affairs Department of McMaster University, helping students from around the world, including China, to improve their English language skills.Carol holds her C.H.R.P. and C.H.R.M designations as well as Business and Labour Studies Diplomas. She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO).

Mike Renneboog began his career with Etratech in 1997 as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist. From there, Mike worked into several different roles within Etratech, up to his most recent promotion to the position of Manufacturing Manager. As the Manufacturing Manager, Mike is responsible for overseeing all operations on the Production Floor. In addition to his managerial functions, he also supervises the Process team at Etratech.
In total, Mike has over 20 years of experience in the Engineering/Process field with a strong Electronics Manufacturing background. Prior to joining Etratech, Mike worked at TRW for a number of years in their Electronics division. Mike is a graduate of Fanshawe College with a diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology.
