New website for Audio Mechanical of Shenzhen, China
Etratech is pleased to announce a new website at www.audiomechanical.com for its Shenzhen PRC production facility Audio Mechanical Corporation Ltd. Audio Mechanical was acquired by Etratech in early 2006 with balance of outstanding shares added in October, 2007 [see item below for more].

Audio Mechanical common share purchase complete
Etratech Inc. has completed purchase of 100% of the outstanding common shares of Audio Mechanical Corporation Ltd. based in Hong Kong, with manufacturing facilities in the People's Republic of China. Audio Mechanical supplies customers worldwide with turnkey design and manufacture of high-volume electronic components and assemblies from their 60,000 square-foot facility.

Etratech welcomes Chris Omiecinski
Chris Omiecinski has joined Etratech Inc. as Director of Sales and Marketing. Chris has many years of experience selling electronics-based design and manufacturing solutions to sophisticated OEMs and end users. Chris will work from Etratech’s offices in Burlington, Ontario.

New BDM Scott Allison adds US Midwest sales territory
Scott Allison has joined Etratech Inc. as a Business Development Manager. Scott will work from a home-based office in Indianapolis, IN providing sales capability in the American Midwest. Scott has over twenty years of experience selling electronic products and components in this territory.

High-speed SMT line commissioned
Etratech Inc. has completed commissioning of its new high-speed CM400 series SMT placement line from Panasonic, including an AOI station from Orbotech. New business is currently being booked onto this equipment.

Ribbon cutting ceremony for Etratech’s facility expansion
