Etratech's First-Annual Supplier Symposium
Etratech Inc. is proud to announce our First-Annual Supplier Symposium, which was held on Friday, November 19, 2010 at the Burlington Convention Centre. The purpose of this event was to build stronger relationships with Etratech's key suppliers. With attendance of approximately 150, the event was a tremendous success.

Etratech customer succeeds in global marketplace
As of January 2009, in-room mini-bar systems with electronics designed by Etratech to operate in major hotel environments have been placed in hotels in more than six different countries. Operating on the 80215.4 protocol with as many as 400 rooms in a single system, these systems are providing hotels with superior in-room service, timely and cost-effective refill and guest-friendly check-out capabilities.

Fall, 2008
Engineeering projects on the rise
Despite current market conditions Etratech continues to be selected to help new customers upgrade their product technology. In the works:
- Control systems for solar-powered water heaters for both commercial and residential installations.
- Upgraded communications capabilities for airport security and inspection equipment in a ready-to-install format.
- Cost-effective and updated on-board interactive controls for a portable dehumidifier unit.
- Advanced, radio-based remote-control equipment for elevator systems.
Etratech’s strength in bringing new product designs to the customer, on time and on budget, has been the critical factor in each customer’s decision to work with Etratech.

June, 2008
Etratech Burlington takes delivery of x-ray equipment
Etratech's Burlington, Ontario manufacturing facility has taken delivery of a Vertex Series-A x-ray unit to add on-site inspection capability for BGA component placement. The unit's sophisticated software is capable of automated inspection, eliminating the possibility of operator error. Etratech's Burlington facility continues to supply PCB assemblies at industry-leading quality levels.

Etratech welcomes Richard Loh as CFO
Richard Loh has joined Etratech Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, a new position within the company reflecting Etratech’s international footprint and strategy to grow through a balance of selected acquisitions and robust organic growth. New corporate website for Etratech Inc.
Etratech's corporate website at www.etratech.com has received extensive updates including a more intuitive navigation system and new information. Visitors may explore an all-new careers section and expanded management team profiles.

January, 2008
New website for Audio Mechanical of Shenzhen, China
Etratech is pleased to announce a new website at www.audiomechanical.com for its Shenzhen PRC production facility Audio Mechanical Corporation Ltd. Audio Mechanical was acquired by Etratech in early 2006 with balance of outstanding shares added in October, 2007 [see item below for more].

October, 2007
Audio Mechanical common share purchase complete
Etratech Inc. has completed purchase of 100% of the outstanding common shares of Audio Mechanical Corporation Ltd. based in Hong Kong, with manufacturing facilities in the People's Republic of China. Audio Mechanical supplies customers worldwide with turnkey design and manufacture of high-volume electronic components and assemblies from their 60,000 square-foot facility.

2007
High-speed SMT line commissioned
Etratech Inc. has completed commissioning of its new high-speed CM400 series SMT placement line from Panasonic, including an AOI station from Orbotech. New business is currently being booked onto this equipment.

September, 2006
Ribbon cutting ceremony for Etratech’s facility expansion
Etratech proudly unveiled its state-of-the-art 20,000 square foot expansion to its employees, Municipal, Provincial, and Federal politicians as well as the media at a ceremony on the front lawn of the company’s head office in Burlington... Full story here.
