Leah started with Etratech on February 21, 2006 as an Electronic Assembler, was promoted to Production Team Leader and is currently on temporary assignment to the Customer Programs Planner position in Supply Chain.

She is responsible for balancing customer demands for finished product, monitoring processes to ensure customer demands are met, and coordinating requirements to ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer products, on-time delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
