Richard joined Etratech in April of 2008. He is a CMA and CPA with 25 years of senior financial experience. He completed his CPA at Price Waterhouse in the early eighties, and since then worked in several multi-nationals; Ericsson Telecommunications, Akzo Chemie and Fujitsu.

In his most recent position as Vice-President of Finance for North America of a plastic-processing group of companies headquartered in Gent, Belgium, Richard provided financial and IT management leadership to three plants in Canada, United States, and Mexico. He was also the Global IT Manager of the Group and championed the standardization of information systems of all nine plants around the world.

Richard is responsible for formulating financial policy and plans, and directing the corporation's Accounting and Information Technology functions at both Etratech's Burlington Head Office and China locations.
