Carol joined Etratech in 1989 following extensive private and public-sector human resources (HR) experience. She has acted as Training and Development Coordinator for 4,000 employees at Fortino's Supermarkets Ltd. and as an HR Instructor, Special Projects Officer and Recruitment Officer for Mohawk College.

As Etratech's Director of Human Resources, Carol brings nearly twenty years of HR expertise to bear as she provides leadership and counsel for the company's diverse and growing staff. She works to optimize employee retention, motivation and productivity through a team-oriented corporate culture based on respect and dedicated to quality. She has delivered world-class due diligence results for Etratech during acquisition opportunities, including the company's acquisition of Audio Mechanical Corporation Ltd. in Shenzhen, China.

Carol continues to establish effective educational and community partnerships for Etratech. She currently acts as an ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher for the International Affairs Department of McMaster University, helping students from around the world, including China, to improve their English language skills.

Carol holds her C.H.R.P. and C.H.R.M designations as well as Business and Labour Studies Diplomas. She is a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO).
