Rich joined the Sales group in 2000 after 5 years in various key manufacturing, quality, and engineering roles with Etratech. Prior to joining Etratech, Rich acquired 12 years of program management experience in the design and manufacturing of electromechanical systems with TRW North America.

With his well rounded expertise, Rich has ability to engage with his customers on multiple levels and provide valuable input at every stage of the product life cycle. As well, Rich continues to be valuable resource to various internal teams at Etratech.

Rich has an Electronics Engineering Technology diploma and CPSA designation.
